The CLI now shows live download progress and a clearer final status when fetching test results.

- Result download progress in the CLI: When the CLI downloads result assets at the end of a run, it now tracks and prints progress so you can see how far along the download is. This provides much better feedback when running large suites with many trace assets.
CLI version updates
Version 0.65.x
Upgrade to 0.65.0 or later to get:
- Download progress reporting: The CLI tracks and prints result asset download progress while completing a run.
- Capped concurrent downloads: Asset downloads are limited to a maximum of 20 in parallel to avoid overwhelming the network on suites with many results.
