Additional files can now have arbitrary counts and file sizes. We can also display native progress bars in terminals.

- Terminal progress bars: Interactive test runs now show progress bars in supported terminals using OSC 9;4
- Additional file scratch space: Additional file uploads (for user state etc.) now use a dedicated scratch space system which supports arbitrary file counts and sizes.
