Founding GTM Associate

Endform is the fastest way to run browser based end-to-end tests with Playwright. We can run test suites that previously took 30-minutes in less than a minute, unlocking significant time savings and developer productivity. We have early traction, paying customers, and a product that engineers are excited about.

Now we need someone to turn that into repeatable growth.

This is our first non-engineering hire. There’s no sales team, no playbook, and no CRM full of leads waiting for you. Together with the founders, you’ll build the go-to-market motion from zero. You will test things, see what sticks, and keep iterating.

You’re joining early enough to shape how we sell and who we sell to. For the right person, this starts as outbound and discovery but can grow into owning the full sales cycle, leading GTM, and eventually building a team.

Based in Stockholm. On-site. We are not able to sponsor work visas at this time.

What the day-to-day looks like

You’ll spend most of your time starting conversations and testing new ways to reach customers.

  • Find companies that would benefit from using Endform and reach out to them wherever they are.
  • Book and run discovery calls. Learn what matters to engineering teams and figure out how to position Endform in a way that clicks.
  • Work with the founders to turn qualified conversations into customers.
  • Iterate on messaging and positioning based on what you hear in real conversations.

Who you are

While we expect you to have some form of relevant experience, we’re more interested in your mindset and approach than your resume. This is a role where you’ll be figuring things out as you go, so we want someone who’s comfortable with ambiguity and taking initiative.

You are not afraid to reach out to strangers. Most people won’t reply, and that’s just part of the process. You learn from every interaction and keep moving forward.

You are proficient in english and good at writing concise, compelling messages. You know how to get to the point and make it clear why someone should care, without sounding pushy.

Strong signals

  • You’ve worked with some form of sales or have tried to run your own business.
  • You are excited about doing go-to-market from the ground up.
  • You’re curious about technology and how software teams work.

Probably not the right fit if…

  • You’re looking for a strategic role. This is a hands-on role where you’ll be doing the work.
  • You prefer having a clear plan before you start. This role is about figuring things out as you go.
  • Cold outreach feels uncomfortable to you.
